Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HomeTūn platform operated by HomeTun, Inc. (“HomeTūn”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

HomeTūn is a marketplace and community-management platform connecting homeowners, HOA-endorsed service providers, and HOA boards. HomeTūn facilitates discovery, booking, payments, dues, and governance features. HomeTūn is not the provider of the home services offered through the platform; services are performed by independent providers.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use HomeTūn.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking a service or paying dues, you authorize the applicable charges. Fees, refunds, and cancellations are described at the point of purchase and, where applicable, are subject to your community’s policies.

Provider & board conduct

Providers must maintain any required licensing and insurance and perform services professionally. Board members must use governance tools (dues, violations, announcements, voting) lawfully and in accordance with their association’s rules. Misuse may result in suspension.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeTūn disclaims warranties and is not liable for the acts of independent providers, boards, or other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
